Bug Beast

The plan for this model will be to add bones. It would be nice to see a mantis slash centipede in motion. It took me two days to construct the layout of this model. At first I was going to use the third stage of this model as a metamorphasis, but I plan to make it alittle more different. I've studied insect practically my whole life, so the motion shouldn't be that big of a challenge. I will look up the walk cycle of a mantis an the undulation of a centipede's segments. I'm a huge fan of Metroid and Starship Troopers. Looking at the designs just amazed me. There was this one creature that really inspired me to make this.
